📄 Refund Policy and More (applies to New and Returning Students)

- Refund requests: Refunds apply only under this circumstance, with no exceptions: If after attending the first class of the January–April course you decide not to continue, we will gladly issue a full refund, provided that email notification of withdrawal is sent on the same day of the first class.
- Tuition is non-transferable: Tuition cannot be transferred from one course to another. Absence from class does not constitute withdrawal.
- Course cancellation or interruption: If for any reason a course does not start or has to be interrupted—including personal instruction—the sole responsibility of Go Spanish Now is to refund the tuition for sessions that have been paid but will not take place.
- Returned checks: There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
- Photography authorization: I authorize Go Spanish Now to take pictures of me for publications such as school newsletters, yearbooks, and selected advertisements.
- Offer conditions (specific to promotions):
- For new students, the March–April 2026 course offered for free is personal, non-transferable, and must be used by April 30, 2026.
- For returning students, the March–April 2026 discounted course ($289) is personal, non-transferable, and refundable until February 28, 2026. It must also be used by April 30, 2026.
- In both cases, no exceptions will be granted.
📌 Missed Classes & Weather Policy

If I miss a class, can I make it up?
- Group classes: We are happy to offer you a make‑up class, but only if there is space available in a similar class during the same session period. This is the only option for making up a class. No make‑ups are possible once the course has ended.

Inclement weather:
- If we cancel a class due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Any cancellations will be announced on our homepage: www.gospanishnow.com. Please check and refresh it frequently for updates.

Agreement for Group Courses

Refund policy for group classes

-All refund request will apply only under this circumstance, with no exceptions: If after attending the first class of the course, for any reason you decide not to continue with the studies, we will gladly give you a FULL REFUND, if email notification of withdrawal is sent on the same day of the first class.
-Tuition is not transferable from one course to another. Being absent in class doesn't constitute withdrawal.
-If for some reason a course doesn’t start or has to be interrupted–same for personal instruction-, the only responsibility of Go Spanish Now is to return the money of the tuition for the sessions that have been paid and will not take place.

 

If I miss a class, can I make it up?

We are happy to offer you a make-up class, but we do it only if there is space available in a similar class to the one you are taking and within the period of your course. This is the only option to make up a class. There are no make-up classes after your course has ended.

Spanish Immersion Program: No make-up days are possible.

Inclement weather: If we cancel a class or classes due to inclement weather, we’ll try to make it/them up, but we cannot guarantee it. Any cancellations will be posted on our homepage at www.gospanishnow.com

Agreement for Individual Sessions: Online and in-Person​

Refund policy

You may request a refund for any unused individual session as long as you do so within the (one) year of purchase. After one year of purchase, there is no refund possible.

If I miss a session, can I make it up?

Any session that is not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the agreed schedule, will be counted as a session given.

Canceled sessions should be made up within 14 days of the originally scheduled session. 

30 minutes free session

If you take the free 30 minutes online lesson, you don’t pay anything, no credit card number will be required, and you don’t make any commitment. Just 30 minutes of a great Spanish lesson to enjoy!

Agreement for Children and Adolescents: Group Courses - Individual Lessons - Summer Program

Refund policy 

-All refund request will apply only under this circumstance, with no exceptions: If after attending the first class of the course, for any reason is decided not to continue with the studies, we will gladly give a FULL REFUND, if email notification of withdrawal is sent on the same day of the first class.​

-If you pay for multiple weeks in advanced and your plans change, we will refund the weeks your child won’t attend if the request is made before the week starts.

-Tuition is not transferable from one month or season to another month or season.  Being absent in class does not constitute withdrawal.

-If for some reason a course doesn’t start or has to be interrupted, the only responsibility of Go Spanish Now is to return the money of the tuition for the classes that have been paid and will not take place.

Authorizations and liabilities:

- I hereby grant permission for my child to attend Spanish classes at Go Spanish Now, Inc. I understand that I am responsible for my child’s insurance in case of an injury. Furthermore, I understand that although safety precautions will be observed, the owner of Go Spanish Now and/or its employees and/or its contractors are not responsible for any personal property loss by my child and/or for any injury sustained in the program and/or on Go Spanish Now’s grounds.

- I hereby authorize any of the instructors and/or employees of Go Spanish Now to give consent for medical treatment to be administered to my child in case of a medical emergency.

- I hereby authorize Go Spanish Now to take my child/ren, to the park across the street as a break or as a part of the learning process.

- I give permission for the staff of Go Spanish Now to apply sunscreen (that I will provide) on my child/children if we go to play outside. I give also GSN permission to apply mosquitos repellent in the case that we are going to the park.

- To the best of my knowledge, my child is not allergic to the sunscreen that I provide. I agree that Go Spanish Now, Inc. and its employees and/or teachers will not be liable for any damage or injury that my child may sustain as a result of applying sunscreen.

- I authorize Go Spanish Now to use my and my children’s name, voice, testimonial, photo and/or video in any type of promotional and/or internal material, press releases, and news stories about Go Spanish Now. I understand I can notify Go Spanish Now by email if this is unacceptable.​

- I authorize Go Spanish Now to provide to my child with any snack, food or drink that is common for the institution.

​Conversation Club

Welcome to the Go Spanish Now Conversation Club. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Club Enrollment and Membership

  • Membership includes two hours of live, online sessions per week on Discord, or in person lessons.

  • Online members will be assigned a main class but may also attend another class at their level as listeners. Additionally, they can sit in on classes of other levels as listeners as well.

  • The membership fee is $150 per month.

2. Free First Month Offer

  • The first month is free.   

  • To qualify for the first month free, students must enroll in automatic payments.

  • Automatic payment enrollment can be canceled at any time. If you want to cancel your subscription on the free month, you may continue with your free first month only until you cancel it.  

 3. Payment and cancellation terms

  • Monthly payments of $150 are billed automatically after the free month, unless the membership is canceled before the first month ends.

  • Payments are due on the same day each month, based on the initial enrollment date.

  • No refunds or prorated fees are provided once a payment has been processed.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Members are expected to contribute respectfully and positively in discussions and respect others’ viewpoints.

  • Go Spanish Now reserves the right to remove any member engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior without a refund.

6. Liability

  • Go Spanish Now is not responsible for any issues or damages related to members’ online participation.

  • By participating in the club, you accept all associated risks and agree to indemnify Go Spanish Now from any claims or liabilities.

7. Privacy Policy

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "HTTPS" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

  • Go Spanish Now reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying members by email.
